This role is crucial in managing vehicle dispatching, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and overseeing driver schedules. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with strong communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle Dispatching: Ensure timely delivery of goods by effectively managing vehicle dispatch.
- Driver Scheduling: Arrange driver shifts and plan efficient routes for transportation.
- Transportation Monitoring: Monitor the transportation process and handle any emergencies that arise.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain transportation data and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Ability to speak Chinese is a must.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in office software and basic computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Responsibility: Must be responsible and detail-oriented, with a work permit for tax reporting.
